Jenn Quinn
Jenn brings to Quinn & Company over 10 years working in-house for a residential construction company, involved in all facets of the business and 3 years owning and operating Quinn & Company Design Firm. She's worked extensively with architects and developers and has an exceptional talent of spatial planning and perfecting architectural plans. Jenn's experience designing over 150 homes gives her the unique ability to understand the ins and outs of the construction process, develop and maintain budgets, source materials that are available in-time, and act as liaison between the client and architect/contractor/developer. Jenn resides in Oak Hill with her husband, four children, two pugs and cat.
Brittainy Jones
Designer
Brittainy brings 10 years of experience in project planning, management, and execution. Her artistic talents in visual arts translate to a keen eye for design, specifically in interior design and furnishings. She has furnished numerous homes and short-term rentals in Nashville, and her customer service-oriented nature and approachability make work feel like leisure.Brittainy resides in the Hillwood area with her partner and two children.
ANDRIANNA THOMPSON
NCIDQ, NOMA, IIDA
Interior Designer
Andy brings 5 years of experience in commercial interior design and project management. She is a certificated interior designer and is registered in the state of Tennessee. She has experience working and coordinating with all trades and has an eye for interior detailing. With her expertise in interior architecture, she strives to marry functionality and purpose with the client's desired aesthetic. Andy resides in Berry Hill with her fiance, dog, and two cats.
BROOKE FAULKNER
Director of Operations
Brooke brings to Quinn and Company 7 years of experience in operations management, real estate, and interior design. Her experience in these areas gives her a comprehensive understanding of the entire building and design process. She is passionate about making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life. When she's not at work, Brooke can be found in The Gulch, where she resides with her dog. She loves trying out all the new restaurants and workout classes in the area, and is always up for a new adventure.
EMMIE DODD
Junior Designer
Emmie brings a little under a year of experience in commercial design and short term rentals. A graduate of Belmont’s O’More College, she brings knowledge of material selections, client coordination, and project planning to Quinn and Company. She is in the process of earning her NCIDQ Certification. Transitioning from commercial design to residential, she appreciates the different approaches it takes to get to the end goal: client satisfaction! She especially enjoys the material selection process because of the large impact it has for the clients visually to see the whole design come together. Emmie currently resides in Bellevue with her cat Boone. When she is not at work, you can catch her checking out Nashville’s newest restaurants, hanging out with friends, or working out.
