Interior Design and Furnishings
From an entire house to just a room, we love helping clients bring life to their spaces with custom furnishings and decor.
Construction Design
Using your suppliers or sourcing through our own, we'll specify everything needed to build a house from the basics of cabinetry, countertops, tile and paint to the small but important details of house numbers, gutters, and door hardware. From traditional thru transitional to contemporary, we can do it all.
Consulting
We work with homeowners, builders and developers to enhance architectural plans from early conceptual stages thru construction documents to ensure client's wants and needs are met.
We can also liaise with municipalities in planning your development and source/manage the full architectural process.
Multifamily Design
We provide comprehensive construction selections and interior design for multifamily developments. Whether it's new construction or renovation, Quinn & Company will work directly with developers or as an intermediary between the client and contractor/architect to provide beautiful units and amenity spaces.
Conceptual Planning
We love to start each design with a mood board to provide inspiration for the finished product. Once approved by the client, we'll use this as our design basis for sourcing selections and furnishings. Spatial planning is provided as needed in SketchUp to ensure proper fitment of furniture.
Conceptual planning is available as a standalone service for clients.
